PAPER CHEMICALS / SUPREME WHITENERFor the finest paper processing and finishing 'SUPREME WHITENER' is used. This solution is added while the paper production to bring shine and brightness to the paper. It is 100% eco-friendly and removes unsafe substances. It is made out of white crystalline powder and it has activated ingredients like, oxidizing, mineral agents, filtering and chlorine. Further, supreme whitener is mainly used after de-inking process and separate bleaching stage but can also be used before chlorination stage and de-inking stage. It plays a very important role in production as it has following advantages: ADVANTAGES: There many reasons to use Supreme Whitener which improves the quality of paper, acts like a strong deforming agent and oxidant agent, Eco-friendly in use, gives paper a glazing effect and makes it shinning, it protects from yellowing and browning of paper, it increase the strength of paper and durability, it decreases the use of hydrogen peroxide and also reduce the cost of production around 5% to 15%, increases the capacity of ink to absorb fast , makes color stability excellent with high super resolution, it also improves fiber and filler retention with great formation, serves as pH buffer and protects from bacteria and fungal structure as well. PACKAGING: SUPREME WHITENER' is available in 50 kgs with premium quality of laminated HDPE bags with full protection from dirt, dust and ,scratching, etc. STORAGE Keep out of reach sun, should be stored in < 30C and < 20C at dry place to maintain activity if stored over long time. |
